EVERY ONE WANTS
“TO LIVE, TO LOVE, TO LEARN & TO LEAVE A LEGACY”
So we move from urgency to importance, and we encounter the fundamental question at hand: What are “first things” and how do we put them first in our lives?
The same is true in all areas of our lives.
Being a | FITNESS FREAK | WELLNESS COACH | What comes to my mind is “You need to have good health”.
We all know & realise that a good percentage of the health problems we have are lifestyle-related.
Without an extreme “wake-up call,” For all lifestyle HEALTH challenges, many of us live in a rescue fantasy.
We live the way we want to live—little or no exercise, poor nutrition (overfed & undernourished, or underfed & undernourished) ie burning the candle at both ends.
—and when we have a problem, we expect the medical profession to pick up the pieces & Give a quick fix.
While we may be able to diminish the pain with prescriptions and first-Aids, that is temporary.
If we’re really going to make a difference, we need to go to the underlying root cause of the pain.
What we need to attend is prevention in a profound way.
So where does our poor nutrition start ? Its the breakfast
- Its carb based or no breakfast.
No wonder sugar places havoc in our day to day life.
Like every one else during my 30s, my focus was only on career.
I hurt myself, put on excess weight & got out of shape, struggled with eating and body issues, or otherwise found myself in the weeds of illness, injury, and suffering.
I am very proud & boast to say “I FIXED MY PROBLEMS FIRST”
Today I feel very healthy, fitter & much younger.
The process of healing myself inspired me to help others. Now I invest my time and energy into helping other to heal them too
