I will tell you these habits had a significant impact on me which changed my life forever….

Was it easy? No. But had to start somewhere… someday…

Here it goes…..

Like everyone else during my 30s, my focus was only on my career.

I hurt myself, put on excess weight & got out of shape, struggled with eating and body issues, or otherwise found myself in the weeds of illness, injury, and suffering.

So, in November 2004 (I was only 49 years old at the peak of my family responsibilities), I quit my high-profile job, where I was already making a 6-digit income

For 2 years I took life casually, thinking most of them around me in their 50s looked the same & it is too late to do all the changes & disturb my current lifestyle I am adjusted too.

But one day I decided. Enough is enough Indar. change before you must.



15 years back I started my weight loss journey & within 1st 6 months I lost 11+ Kgs of fat & 13 inches from waistline.



Today I am here 17 kg lighter & 14 inches slimmer, I feel very healthy, fitter & much younger & none of the lifestyle health issues.

The process of healing myself inspired me to help others. Now I invest my time and energy into helping to heal others too

In the meanwhile, I will list down 5/6 of my morning mantras so get started somewhere…

  1. Gratitude…. Be thankful!
  2. Take a few minutes to read your personal statement and visualise
  3. Read books. 10-20 pages which can inspire you
  4. Move your butt. 30-45 minutes
  5. Focus. It can be either 20-40 minutes of meditation (depending on how much time you have in the morning)
  6. Have a nutritious protein-rich breakfast.
